J.R. Vinagro was contracted for a complete site work package for a medical research facility in Marlboro, MA. The project services included erosion control, clearing, grubbing, earthmoving, blasting, crushing, utilities, building related E&B, parking lots and site finishes.
The primary challenge for the project involved working around limited site access to export large quantities of material from site.
J.R. Vinagro successfully graded 300,000 cubic yards of dirt, blasted 200,000 cubic yards of rock, and successfully delivered the project to the customer’s full satisfaction.
